Project Information
The Emergency Response Services website is by far the most ambitious project we have undertaken to date.
The website itself is fully content managed. The staff at ERS create their own pages and add content all from the Content Management System (CMS).
As well as having a secure content management system there is also a staff login facility where paramedics and ambulance drivers based nationally can log in and interact with the company in a way previously achieved through several phone calls, emails and a lot of paperwork.
ERS staff can complete a calendar to say when they are available to work next month, this information is collated and stored in a database. These database records are automatically captured by the bespoke business management sofftware created in house by Code Blue Technologies and once a month the office staff create a shift rota based on the submitted information which in turn is uploaded seamlessly back to the website so all staff are notified of their shifts without having to manually duplicate any information. The shift infformation is all stored within the business software and is accessible for everything from monitoring staff performance to calculating wages, again without duplicating anny f the information.
Staff can also view up to date proceedures and regional information which is sent from the various ambulance trusts and hospitals they work for. This info is added by senior staff through the Content Management System.
